वैदिक लक्ष्मी मन्त्र : — प्रसीद श्रीं हीं श्रीं ॐ महालाक्ष्मै नमः ।।

बीज मन्त्र : — ॐ हीं महालक्ष्मये नमः ।।

गायत्री मन्त्र : — ॐ महालाक्ष्मै च विधम्हे विष्णु पत्न्यै । च धीमहि तन्नो लक्ष्मी प्रचोदयात् ।।
